Life Education Program for Holy Childhood Animators

This program was organized by Rev. Fr. Sampath Sujeewa Fernando, the P.M.S. Director of the Diocese at St. Thomas Church Mahawa. Twenty-Eight animators from various parishes participated in this programe. Key note of the day was given by Rev. Srs. Ushani and Shirani, of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Cross on ‘Day today General Living of Youth at present’. The program was graced and made vibrant by the main activity – ‘cooking for themselves’. The main purpose of organizing this event was to expose the animators to the real pulse of the daily living and making them aware of how much trouble that the society today has to face in searching their daily bread.
